In the next few days we will be releasing some prelimary rules for our upcoming Squadgames.com tournament.

Please review the rules and make suggestions accordingly.


A few things we are considering -


#1, Banning 500 Tactical and XM Shotguns.

#2. Banning GPS (we are firm on this subject)

#3. TDM no respawns, 4v4 or 5v5, 5min rounds, best 2 out of 3 rounds, 2 out of 3 maps.

#4. Possible Attack and Defend competition with certain maps removed such as Villa.

#5. Double elimination tournament initially with ladders to follow.


Possible trophies (real and virtual) for the winning team and t-shirts with team/ingame name on them.

We have released our fix for the custom camo crash for SADS Servers. This will work with patch version 1.01. Please check the General Forums for download details.

Squadgames.com has located a problem that is causing a General Protection crash on ALL SADS dedicated servers.


The crash happens randomly and not by any malicious means but just an error in the code.

We have a SADS .exe fix that we are Beta testing to ensure it is stable and ready for widespread release.

Once we have safely tested the fix Admins who want the fix can send me a private message on here and I will send it to you.


The fix is on: squadgames.net, SADS_Squadgames, and squadgames.org servers if you wish to test it out.

Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 for Windows PC has LAUNCHED!

A big surprise to everyone is the fact it has launched with a 1.01 patch which includes MANY new features including the first ever VOICE CHAT in a Rainbow Six title! A lot of the bug fixes the PC version is recieving even before the console! Has UBI finally delivered on this one?

A lot of PC Gamers have already tried the single player version of Vegas 2 for almost a week now and agree it is a hit so far! Let's hope the multiplayer version delivers as much promise as Raven Shield. Already this version has a lot more in common with Raven Shield then Lockdown or Vegas 1. Namely - Dedicated Server, Map Maker, and not crashing on network play!

Our Vegas2 servers will be named: www.squadgames with minor variations since seperate accounts are required for each server.

Since this title is proving much hope for the return of PC FPS Tactical Shooter competitions we will be releasing an announcement soon of a possible prize tournament. Stay tuned for more details!
